| INAUGRATED IN IPS ACADEMY |

A two day national conference on " creating and sustaining a winning organization" was inaugurated in institute of business management and research ,IPS academy on 5 march 2001. The general manager Indore telephones , Shri Dhruv Kumar Agrawal was the chief guest while director of all India council for technical education , New Delhi , Dr. A.K.Saxena presided over the function Dr. R.L. Bhatia , Director , Instiute for change management , Mumbai , was the key note speaker .
Speaking on the occasion the chief guest Shri Agarwal said that in the past the telecom sector did not carry a positive image in the general public's mind. The technology was out dated and the level of public satisfaction was very low. Now the telecom sector has successfully wiped off this image by adopting the latest technology and making itself customer oriented . This has also provided competitive edge to the department.
The President of the function Dr.Saxena said that AICTE has designed an ambitious vision paper for the period 2000-2015. It is AICTE 's endeavor to ensure that all professional institutions fulfill the minimum requirements of qualified faculty , relevant curriculum, proper infrastructure , industry linkage , placement facilities etc, so that they are able to equip themselves to meet international standards.
The key note speaker Dr. Bhatia in his brain storming speech , said that the future belongs to those who have a vision. Success in past does not guarantee success in future because the environment is undergoing tremendous change. For success one should be an achiever and not a mere performer . You should always think positive , because success comes in cans and not cannots . The purpose, mission of life is to make a difference . This is the first step to excellence . Excellence should be the way of life because it is infinite . You should sleep excellence , eat excellence, drink excellence and breathe excellence.

Prof. G.P.Garg , HOD of IBMR presented a brief out line of the conference and informed that during the two day conference leading figures of corporate and academic world will deliberate on various issues and find out ways and means of creating and sustaining a winning organizations.
The President of the Academy , Dr. Achal Choudhary , vice president Shri Yogendra Jain and Director Prof. G.V.Kulkarni welcomed the guests and presented mementoes to them . The secretary of the Academy Shri Rrajmal Porwal proposed vote of thanks . Prof Kailash Choudhary ,Director Administration , Shri S. S. dixit registrar Director of various management institutions , industry people , faculty and the students attended the conference.
