3) Preplacement Talks was conducted by Nicholos Piramal
Ltd, a pharmaceutical company ,presided by Mr.A.K.Guha, Business State Manager. Students came all prepared for the interview & GD. But nothing happened day except the PPT. Is it another Hindustan Times in the Pipeline ?
4) MCA second year students successfully organised their freshers party at Hotel Sayaji on the 2nd of March.It was a gala event and the 1st year students were given titles by their seniors. Gagan Singh Thakur and Richa Jaiswal were declared Mr. and Ms. Fresher.
5) IMT Ghaziabad organised their technical festival in which IIPS came fourth amongst many top institutes.It was a three day affair and our students won many awards. The team from IIPS comprised of twelve students from MCA VIth Semester.
6) IIPS won the intercollege quiz competition organised by Wintech Computers Ltd.The quiz was organised in three phases and 25 colleges from Indore participated in it.Nitin Chopra (M.C.A.),Anusheel Srivastava(M.M.S. 2 Yrs.) and Vivek Vyas(M.M.S.) represented our institute.
7) Prestige Institute of Management and Research organised their national management festival.Nitin Chopra and Anusheel Srivastava took part in the management quiz 'Top of the Tops' and bagged the first position amongst 14 competing teams from different cities.
8)Institute of Management Studies organised their management festival 'Hyurisko 2001' on the 22-23rd of Feb.Our team won many prizes:
1. Blue Chip(mgmt. quiz): 1st position. Nitin hopra, Anusheel Srivastav and
Ashutosh Shukla.
2.Mastermind(general quiz):2nd position.Nitin Chopra, Anusheel Srivastav and Puneet Kotha.
3.Shakespeare in B-School:2nd position.Manish Gupta,Ambikesh Pagare,Poonam,Manu Verma and Pankaj Meghani.Apart from this IIPS won awards in many of the informal events. IIPS was placed 2nd overall leaving out the host team.
